Our attachment style begins to develop from the moment we are born.  The attachment style we develop as a child often follows us into adulthood and into our relationships.  While many people develop in a secure environment many people are raised in an environment that leads to insecure attachment. 

Insecure attachment  shows itself in many different ways and can affect us in our relationships, with our partner, our children and also in our work.
