Sasha has been a mental health professional for over 20yrs. She is a specialist trained mental health nurse who is credentialed with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.  Not only is Sasha really experienced but people love working with her.  Sasha’s knowledge and skill helps people feel comfortable while still focusing on getting the work done…

Sasha is EMDR Institute trained and is also skilled in DBT, CBT, ACT and has a keen interest in Existential Therapy.

Chris is a therapist and has worked in mental health for over 15yrs . He is an Accredited Mental Health Social worker.  Chris loves working with people and helping them solve their problems through therapy.  

Chris is experienced in CBT and ACT orientated approaches.  He can also provide interpersonal and intrapersonal therapy.  Like Sasha, Chris also has an interest in existential therapy  and how we find meaning and purpose in difficult times. 

Chris can also talk to you about understanding your attachment style.  Your attachment style influences who you are as a person but also how you relate to others.  This can be particularly useful in understanding your relationship with your partner or your children.
